CLEAResult is seeking an experienced corporate events manager to drive and execute our events strategy. You will partner with marketing leadership to plan sponsorships, speaking engagements, and on-site coordination for high-impact events that boost brand awareness and lead generation.

The role requires 4-6+ years in events, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree and a Certified Meeting Planner credential. You will manage budgets, vendors, and logistics, ensuring successful, measurable outcomes for

Responsabilités

• Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs
• Manage vendors and event contractors
• Provide onsite coordination of corporate events
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams
