CLEAResult is seeking a proactive Corporate Events Specialist to help shape and execute our corporate events strategy. You will partner with marketing leadership to identify opportunities, manage sponsorships and speaking engagements, and ensure flawless event logistics from planning through post-event analysis.

Responsabilités

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with the creative team on event messaging and communications.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs; manage vendors and contractors.
• Maintain exhibit materials inventory and ship to events; manage budgets and calendars.
• Prepare event plans and post-event debriefs; facilitate cross-functional planning meetings.
