Job summary

CLEAResult in the United States is seeking an experienced Corporate Events professional to lead event strategy and execution. You will partner with marketing leadership to drive brand awareness and lead generation through strategic events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities include managing event logistics, vendor coordination, budget, and onsite support, while collaborating with creative for messaging and ensuring successful, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified meeting planner preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop the corporate events strategy
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive leads
• Manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs
• Manage vendors and event contractors
• Provide onsite coordination of corporate events
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Certified meeting planner (preferred)
