Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced events professional to lead corporate events from strategy to execution. You will partner with marketing leadership to shape the events program, manage budgets, and coordinate vendors, venues, and exhibit needs.

The role emphasizes lead generation through sponsorships and speaking engagements. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably a Certified Meeting Planner credential.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified meeting planner preferred
• Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople
• Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs
• Manage vendors and event contractors
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution
• Coordinate with marketing to align event messaging
• Source and manage vendors, venues, and contractors
• Oversee budgets, calendars, and logistics for each event
• Prepare post-event debriefs and performance analyses
