Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced events professional to partner with marketing leadership to shape the corporate events strategy. You will research events and sponsorships to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation, and you will manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.

You will oversee event logistics, exhibit planning, and space needs; coordinate vendors and contractors; maintain inventory and ship materials; manage calendars and budgets; and lead pre-event planning

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified meeting planner preferred.
• Partner with marketing to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Oversee event logistics, budgets, and exhibit planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness.
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with the creative team on event messaging and communications.
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; maintain exhibit materials inventory.
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets.
• Prepare event plans and debriefs; lead pre-event planning meetings.
