CLEAResult is seeking a corporate events professional to lead our events strategy and execution in Michigan. You will partner with marketing leadership to drive brand awareness and generate leads through compelling events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities include onsite coordination, vendor management, budget oversight, and post-event debriefs. Bachelor's degree preferred and 4–6+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4–6+ years relevant experience.
• Certified meeting planner preferred.
• Ability to partner with marketing leadership to develop events strategy.
• Strong research, sponsorship and lead-generation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop corporate events strategy with marketing leadership.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs.
• Manage vendors and contractors; provide onsite coordination.
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events.
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets.
• Prepare event plans and debrief on performance.
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, BD and operations teams.
