CLEAResult is seeking a Marketing Events professional to shape the corporate events strategy alongside the marketing leadership. You will research potential events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation, while collaborating with the creative team on messaging and communications.

You will oversee event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting, ensuring calendars are maintained and debriefs are produced to measure performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the corporate events strategy with marketing leadership.
• Research events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate on event messaging and communications with the creative team.
• Oversee event logistics, exhibit planning and space needs.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; maintain exhibit materials inventory and shipping.
• Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets; prepare plans and debrief on performance.
• Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with transportation regulations.
