Job summary

PNC’s Marketing Enablement Lead will build and manage workflows and automations in Adobe Workfront to drive intake, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. You will translate data into actionable narratives and partner with marketing, product owner, and IT to optimize processes.

You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA (or other Marketing hub) in an in-office role, driving continuous improvement and ensuring data reliability across campaigns and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience building and configuring workflows and automations in Workfront.
• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable Workfront configurations.
• Strong data storytelling to influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter mindset with ownership and continuous improvement focus.
