PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Marketing Enablement Lead to drive workflows, automation, and analytics within the Planning & Process Innovation team.

Based in-office, you’ll optimize intake, resource allocation, and throughput using Adobe Workfront and related data tools, translating insights into actions for marketing stakeholders. You’ll partner with marketing, IT, and product teams to deliver scalable processes, build dashboards, and push continuous improvement across campaigns

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, configuring, and managing workflows and automations within Adobe Workfront.
• Hands-on Workfront experience and ability to derive insights from platform data.
• Subject‑matter expertise in workflow design, automation, and platform administration.
• Ability to translate complex data into narratives for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Structured thinking to break down problems and identify root causes and trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
• Prioritize business and marketing objectives and coordinate with partners to drive growth.
• Translate business outcomes into marketing strategy and programs.
• Influence budgeting and ensure activities stay within financial constraints.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and partners for program delivery.
• Act as liaison between product, digital teams and marketing to meet needs.
• Ensure data is collected, synthesized, and used to generate insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
