Job summary

PNC seeks an Associate Marketing Enablement Lead in a Marketing Hub location to build messaging from business requirements using Pega CDH and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery channels to deploy new marketing creatives.

You will drive complex marketing initiatives, ensure quality and risk controls, and collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns across 1:1, physical, and sales channels with an emphasis on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements to develop marketing rules in Pega CDH.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technology teams.
• Perform quality checks on developed logic.
• Coordinate across business units and delivery teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Assist lower level analysts.
