First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard seeks an experienced leader to evolve Marketing Operations into a technology-enabled function. You will oversee marketing operations, Martech platforms, communication, and production teams within Marketing to deliver compliant campaigns that enhance customer experience and efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, vendor relationships, and analytics, guiding 3–5 direct reports and driving performance through

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing operations and campaigns across channels.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, data flows, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, Martech platforms, communications and production teams.
• Ensure compliant, effective, and efficient marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to support campaigns and vendor management.
• Manage 3–5 direct reports and external vendors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for marketing performance.
