PENN Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing department with administrative, operational, and project coordination duties. This role serves as a key liaison between property departments, corporate teams, external vendors, and marketing leadership to ensure initiatives and events are executed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, project coordination, hospitality, administrative support, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management systems or digital asset platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative and project tasks for the Marketing department.
• Serve as a liaison between property departments, corporate teams, external vendors, and marketing leadership.
• Manage creative workflows, collateral development, and event support.
• Maintain marketing calendars and track deadlines.
• Assist with on-property and off-property events and promotions.
• Support vendor management and payments per procedures.
