Job summary

You will oversee social media, training materials, and related promotional items, while ensuring timely campaigns and effective app technology deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related field with five years of progressively more challenging leadership roles in marketing or operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience across multiple communication channels including direct mail, email and social media.
• Experience with social media best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing operations, promotion creation and execution, and relationship management for individual accounts.
• Manage staff in advertising, promotions, events, social media, and related areas; monitor performance and profitability.
• Develop schedules that control labor costs while meeting staffing objectives and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, ensuring compliance with department initiatives and reporting concerns to management.
• Manage marketing support services including PR and media communications for campaigns.
