The position involves Excel proficiency, knowledge of credit operations, and experience with procurement systems. You will interact with Cage, Collections, and Revenue Audit teams as part of the workflow and uphold department policies.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.
• Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate both Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Independently initiates, follows up on, and complete assignments as well as special projects.
• Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
