You will manage projects, administer product data, and lead cross-functional activities for successful product launches and packaging workflows. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in project coordination or marketing operations, with strong communication and AI-assisted productivity skills.Hybrid

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marketing Operations projects, timelines, and deliverables across workstreams
• Monitor performance, communicate status, and drive deadlines
• Provide accurate reporting and escalate risks and resource needs
• Identify bottlenecks and guide next steps with stakeholders
• Administer product, packaging and digital asset information
• Manage data syndication via GDSN and retailer portals
• Drive data-quality initiatives and resolve product information issues
• Coordinate label, packaging, and asset proofing through final release
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain the product catalog and marketing materials
• Lead cross-functional meetings and support launches and retailer readiness
