TRANSPACIFIC FOOD, INC. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that promote our products and brand.

The role covers content creation, social media management, events, and promotional campaigns, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. You will help maintain brand consistency, assist with campaigns, support sales materials and digital assets, and collaborate across a small team in a hybrid Salem, Oregon environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software preferred (Adobe Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Support creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including social content, newsletters, and sales presentations.
