Job summary

Aktion Associates, a North American ERP software reseller, seeks an Operations/Marketing Operations specialist to administer HubSpot CRM on-site at our Maumee, Ohio headquarters. You will optimize workflows, governance, and data structures to support sales and marketing.

With 2–4 years of experience, you will own lead routing, enrichment, dashboards, and integrations with Acumatica CRM. The role offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (Acumatica experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures.
• Familiarity with enrichment tools and data providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM including workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy across records.
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle progression, segmentation, and handoffs.
• Build target account lists, contact databases, and data enrichment processes.
• Configure and support automated workflows using HubSpot and integrated systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to track pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance.
• Support integrations between HubSpot, Acumatica CRM, and other tools.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 300 professionals. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.

Role And Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy across customer, prospect, and account records.
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle progression, segmentation, and sales/marketing handoffs.
• Build and maintain target account lists, contact databases, and data enrichment processes.
• Configure and support automated workflows using HubSpot, Common Room, and integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track pipeline, conversion, campaign performance, and attribution.
• Support integrations between HubSpot, Acumatica CRM, and other marketing and sales technologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.

Education, Experience And Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Marketing Operations, or related field
• Experience working in HubSpot or similar CRM environments (Acumatica experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures
• Familiarity with enrichment tools, data providers, and signal-based workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
