Job summary

Haleon in Warren, NJ is seeking a Portfolio Optimization Manager to lead the MMM program and drive investment optimization across brands and channels. You will translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and guide resource allocation decisions.

The role requires building analytics capability, managing external partners, and delivering high-quality insights to influence annual operating plans and long-range strategies. Hybrid work with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience leading MMM programs and translating results into business actions.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, resource allocation, and scenario planning.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead MMM program development, governance, delivery, and activation of recommendations.
• Translate analyses into actionable marketing investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
• Manage external partners and develop high-performing analytics talent.
• Lead budgeting for analytics initiatives and ensure rigorous study design.
