Haleon seeks a Portfolio Optimization Manager to lead marketing effectiveness across the US, driving MMM, portfolio optimization, and evidence-based investment decisions. You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Commercial and Leadership to translate insights into strategic growth and optimized resource allocation.

You will manage internal and external analytics talent, guiding high-performing teams to deliver rigorous, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing analytics or related field.
• Demonstrated MMM program leadership and translating results into business recommendations.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, resource allocation, or scenario planning for investments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Exec leadership.
• Experience managing external agencies, consultants, or analytics partners.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, R, Python or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Haleon US's Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) program, governance, delivery and activation of recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for marketing investments and growth.
• Advise Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Leadership on effectiveness and investment optimization.
• Lead portfolio optimization and resource allocation analyses for plans and long-range strategy.
• Develop fact-based recommendations across brands, channels, and segments to maximize ROI.
• Support scenario planning and investment simulations to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality insights.
• Manage analytics partnerships to ensure rigor and alignment with priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports to foster a high-performance culture.
• Build capabilities by adopting tools and best practices and evaluating new methodologies.
