Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating and executing marketing strategies and objectives that create performance by increasing leads, traffic, and resident retention within the assigned portfolio. They will partner with internal operations, marketing teams, and regional leadership to develop tailored tactical plans for their sites. Using digital marketing expertise, ILS, SEO, SEM, and Yardi experience, this role supports the Director of Marketing for the respective portfolios. This position is service-oriented and aims to provide excellent internal and external customer service. Although remote, the candidate must reside in the greater Los Angeles area to conduct site visits and support assigned properties.
Education and Experience:
Three to five years of relevant marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications:
• Prior marketing experience, preferably with a multi-family property management company.
• Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules including Yardi Rent Café.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with various file types and their uses.
• Graphic design skills, including font, color, and layout balance.
Salary is $85,000-$93,000/year (non-exempt). We offer a competitive package including a 401(K) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and discounts, depending on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual. Sick leave is provided as per law.
