LGA Partners seeks a Marketing Manager to lead daily marketing operations in Pittsburgh. You will supervise the Marketing Department, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to meet goals.

You will oversee production of collateral, branding, and proposals, while driving efficiency and growth across the studio network. The role requires hands-on skills in writing, design, and photography, plus experience guiding a marketing team within an architecture/engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience in AEC marketing.
• Previous experience managing a marketing team.
• Outstanding communication/collaboration and time management skills.
• Proficient in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day function, workload, and staffing of the Marketing Department.
• Coordinate daily scheduling, assignments, deadlines, and workload across the department.
• Work with the Director of Marketing to implement departmental goals and priorities.
• Oversee and play an active role in the creation of all Marketing collateral including presentations, resumes, brochures, branding, etc.
