Job summary

Arquitectonica is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our New York City team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the AEC market and possesses strong capabilities in proposals, branding, and outreach across major architectural projects.

Responsibilities include leading pursuit efforts, preparing tailored marketing materials, managing collaterals, and coordinating with Principals to win high-value design opportunities. Remote work is not offered, and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in an AEC marketing role.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firms is required.
• Proficiency with InDesign, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset.
• Ability to manage a proposal from start to finish with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, tracking, and reporting business leads; inputting data in the firm’s portfolio system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
• Researching potential pursuits and leads.
• Tracking and maintaining pre-qualifications, IDIQs, registrations.
