Job summary

LGA Partners seeks a Marketing Manager to lead daily marketing operations in Pittsburgh. You will supervise the Marketing Department, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to meet goals.

You will oversee production of collateral, branding, and proposals, while driving efficiency and growth across the studio network. The role requires hands-on skills in writing, design, and photography, plus experience guiding a marketing team within an architecture/engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience in AEC marketing.
• Previous experience managing a marketing team.
• Outstanding communication/collaboration and time management skills.
• Proficient in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography.

Marketing Manager

LGA Partners, a leading architecture and design firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day Marketing efforts for the Firm, including departmental operations, staff management, scheduling, and collateral creation.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the day-to-day function, workload, and staffing of the Marketing Department
• Coordinate daily scheduling, assignments, deadlines, and workload across the department
• Work with the Director of Marketing to implement departmental goals and priorities
• Oversee and play an active role in the creation of all Marketing collateral including presentations, resumes, brochures, branding, etc.
• Streamline proposal processes and execute high-quality proposals
• Implement and maintain projectdatabases and reference materials for each studio's marketing collateral
• Oversee website maintenance and development
• Manage, mentor, and support the Marketing team, including performance management and professional development
• Play a key role in LGA's Growth Strategy
• Support the Business Development team as needed
• Bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities, and implement changes to improve departmental processes and efficiencies
• Constantly improve the quality of proposals, interviews, and marketing collateral
• All other duties assigned

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent
• 7+ years’ experience in AEC marketing
• Previous experience managing a marketing team
• Outstanding communication/collaboration and time management skills
• Proficient in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography
• Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Outstanding in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and lead a marketing team
• Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices
• Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and departmental resources
