Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Marketing Liaison to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and community partners. You will generate referral opportunities, promote services, and coordinate admissions with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare marketing or business development and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred for outreach visits and community events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of marketing activities and outreach efforts.
• Participate in tours and community promotional events.

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys building relationships, developing referral sources, and helping patients and families find the right care.

The Marketing Liaison will play a key role in growing the facility’s census by developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, community organizations, and other healthcare referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.

• Generate new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral relationships.

• Represent Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center at hospitals, healthcare facilities, community events, and professional networking opportunities.

• Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources and community partners.

• Promote the facility’s clinical services, rehabilitation programs, and specialized care offerings.

• Work closely with the Admissions and Clinical teams to coordinate referrals and facilitate timely admissions.

• Follow up on referrals and maintain consistent communication with referral sources.

• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase census and strengthen the facility’s presence in the community.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, referral sources, and outreach efforts.

• Participate in facility tours, community events, healthcare networking events, and other promotional activities.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, sales, or referral development preferred.

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, hospital, or other healthcare setting strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented.

• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with facility leadership and clinical teams.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
