Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a Marketing Liaison to build relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and community partners. You will generate referral opportunities, promote services, and coordinate admissions with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare marketing or business development and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred for outreach visits and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or business development.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, hospitals, or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Generate new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral relationships.
• Represent the facility at hospitals, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate referrals with Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure timely admissions.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain communication with referral sources.
• Monitor market activity and identify census growth opportunities.
• Maintain records of marketing activities and outreach efforts.
• Participate in tours and community promotional events.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing strategies.
