Job summary

Apploi is seeking an energetic Marketer / Hospital Liaison to build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners. You will drive admissions and increase census by coordinating with admissions and education of referral sources.

The role requires visiting hospitals daily within the territory, educating partners on the facility's programs, and representing the SNF at events. A valid driver’s license and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, Long-Term Care, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve admissions goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
