Elevate is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Lead to build and lead its Marketing Intelligence function in Addison, TX. You will drive data-driven decisions through measurement, analytics, experimentation, and marketing technology, partnering with marketing, product, risk, and data teams to turn data into strategic assets.

The role leads a growing team and focuses on improving customer experience, decision-making, personalization, and marketing ROI across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Technology, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams or centers of excellence.
• Experience developing digital measurement strategies, customer journey analytics, and marketing attribution methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Elevate’s Marketing Intelligence roadmap: digital measurement, analytics, attribution, dashboards, and AI insights.
• Own digital measurement framework: GA4, GTM, event taxonomy, tagging standards, data quality.
• Lead analytics across GA4, GTM, Power BI, Webflow Analytics, Braze, Snowflake Marketing Mart, and identity resolution.
• Partner with Enterprise Data & Engineering to align requirements with data/tech platforms.
• Develop customer intelligence to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, journeys, and ROI.
• Advance marketing from reporting to predictive decision-making and optimization.
• Co-own experimentation across A/B tests, landing pages, emails, and journeys.
• Create repeatable testing frameworks to drive performance.
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytics and measurement capabilities.
• Establish enterprise marketing measurement standards and KPIs.
• Influence data strategy and governance across marketing.
• Build analytics maturity and nurture future Marketing Intelligence leaders.
