About JM Test Systems
JM Test Systems is a multi-division test, measurement, calibration, repair, and electrical safety company serving industrial, utility, and energy customers across the U.S. and Canada. Through equipment sales, rentals, calibration, onsite testing, and electrical safety lab services, we support the contractors, utilities, EPC firms, and OEMs that keep critical infrastructure running.
The Opportunity
Our customers rely on us for the equipment and services that keep their operations safe and running. We’re looking for a Marketing Growth Specialist to help more of them find us, and to give them reasons to keep coming back.
You’ll own the work that turns online interest into revenue: paid search, SEO, marketing analytics, and website and eCommerce conversion. You’ll dig into the data, find where the customer journey breaks down, test fixes, and scale what works. You’ll work from our Baton Rouge headquarters with the Marketing Manager, sales teams, and branch leaders. Together you’ll set performance goals and build the reporting leadership uses to make decisions.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the numbers and the creative side of marketing, and who’s curious enough to learn technical products and the industries that depend on them. In your first year, success means:
- Steadily improving lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Building repeatable playbooks for core campaigns, such as calibration renewals and rental promotions
- Delivering reporting that marketing and sales leaders trust and use
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Drive qualified demand. Manage Google Ads and paid social budgets. Test targeting, bidding, and creative to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on spend.
- Turn data into decisions. Analyze website, advertising, CRM, and eCommerce data. Build dashboards and regular reports that explain results and trends and recommend next steps.
- Improve conversion across the digital experience. Design and evaluate A/B tests on product pages, landing pages, and purchase and inquiry flows. Partner with web teams to improve the website, eCommerce store, and customer portal.
- Grow organic visibility. Assess SEO performance, find keyword and content opportunities, recommend technical fixes, and measure the results.
- Nurture and retain customers. Optimize HubSpot (or comparable) automation, including nurture sequences, lead scoring, and segmentation, to drive repeat business and renewals.
- Show marketing’s revenue impact. Strengthen attribution so we know which channels drive pipeline and where to invest next.
- Run a disciplined experimentation program. Prioritize growth tests, define success measures, and turn what works into documented campaign playbooks.
- Align with sales and branches. Work with sales teams across our branch network and with content and design partners to launch campaigns and assets (landing pages, emails, ad copy, sales enablement) that match regional and industry priorities. Use competitor and market insight to shape them.
What You Bring

- 3+ years in digital or growth marketing with proven results in paid acquisition, analytics, or conversion optimization, including hands‑on Google Ads and budget management

- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or a similar CRM or marketing automation platform
- Strong analytical and writing skills: you can turn data into clear recommendations and write copy that converts, while managing several campaigns and stakeholders at once
