JM Test Systems is seeking a Marketing Growth Specialist to own online campaigns, analytics, and conversion strategies from our Baton Rouge HQ. You will manage Google Ads, paid social, SEO initiatives, and marketing automation to drive revenue and improve the customer journey.

The role blends analytical rigor with creative marketing, requiring 3+ years in digital growth, proficiency in GA4, SEO, and A/B testing, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital or growth marketing with proven results in paid acquisition, analytics, or conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads and budget management.
• Working knowledge of GA4, SEO fundamentals, and A/B testing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified demand by managing Google Ads and paid social budgets.
• Turn data into decisions by building dashboards and regular reports.
• Improve conversion across the digital experience via A/B tests on product pages and flows.
• Grow organic visibility through SEO performance and content opportunities.
• Nurture and retain customers using HubSpot automation and lead scoring.
• Show marketing’s revenue impact with attribution and reporting.
• Run a disciplined experimentation program and document campaign playbooks.
• Align with sales and branches to launch campaigns matching regional priorities.
