The ideal candidate will drive brand consistency, develop engaging founder-led content, and use data to inform strategies across channels. This in-person role is based in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or digital media.
• Familiarity with e-commerce/Shopify, email marketing/Mailchimp, social media, and content creation; eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on learner who can think strategically while executing day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $65,000+, performance-based incentives (based on experience)

Le Jardin Français is an established luxury floral, garden, and event design company based in Atlanta. For over 25 years, we have created exceptional floral experiences for private clients, restaurants, corporate environments, retail customers, and special events.

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and is excited to help grow a well-established founder-led brand.

The immediate priority is maintaining and strengthening our brand directly throughe-commerce and website presence, email marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management. The goal is to support and drive online sales of seasonal products and collections, public and private workshops, private events, and subscriptions.

E-commerce & Website Management

• Manage our Shopify storefront, including products, collections, merchandising, and online customer experience
• Maintain website content, imagery, landing pages, and seasonal offerings
• Optimize website experience and identify opportunities to grow online sales and engagement

Email Marketing

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, automations, and customer communications
• Manage and optimize Mailchimp campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journeys
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage content calendars and publishing across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create and coordinate photography, video, reels, stories, and copy
• Develop founder-led content showcasing behind-the-scenes work, floral design, workshops, events, installations, and daily operations
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Engage with followers and help build an active online community
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales
• Create and manage seasonal marketing calendars, promotions, campaigns, and launches
• Track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, content creation, workflow efficiency, and business growth
• 3-5+ years experience in marketing, communications, content, or digital media, ideally in a consumer, e-commerce, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or similarly brand-driven environment
• Familiarity with e-commerce/Shopify, email marketing/Mailchimp, social media, and content creation, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive, self-starting attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A curious, hands-on learner who can think strategically while executing day-to-day work.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability and willingness to work in person in Atlanta

Nice to Have / Longer-Term Opportunities

While not immediate priorities, experience in these areas could help the role grow over time:

• Experience improving SEO and search visibility, including keyword research and SEO best practices
• Understanding of paid advertising campaigns, including monitoring campaign performance and ROI
• Experience with Mailchimp and Shopify, with Klaviyo experience a plus and the ability to advise on a potential future migration
• Experience supporting sales and business development efforts, including workshops, events, subscriptions, promotional initiatives, customer outreach, and relationship-building with clients, community partners, and local organizations
• Ability to collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement
