Job summary

Freshwater Curated Goods is seeking a creative, organized Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to join our Augusta, GA team in-house. This full-time, in-person role is responsible for designing marketing emails, managing our Shopify storefront, and supporting retail and wholesale online presence, while helping launch new collections.

You'll collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent visual identity across channels, create compelling graphics, and optimize product listings.

Qualifications

• Graphic design experience and a strong eye for branding.
• Proficient layout, typography, and visual identity.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Must have own computer and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Design and build retail marketing emails in Klaviyo.
• Create graphics for website, social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns
• Design catalogs, postcards, signage, and printed marketing materials
• Assist in executing seasonal product launches
• Help maintain a consistent visual identity across every customer touchpoint
• Collaborate with our marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns
• Manage the day‑to‑day upkeep of Shopify retail website & wholesale websites
• Upload new products, collections, photography, and content
• Write and optimize product listings
• Organize collections and merchandising
• Ensure inventory, apps, and integrations are functioning properly
• Test new features and troubleshoot website issues
• Continuously improve the online shopping experience

Freshwater Curated Goods™ is a women-owned lifestyle brand based in Augusta, Georgia, creating thoughtfully designed accessories, gifts, apparel, and home goods inspired by life near the water. Everything we create is rooted in creativity, nostalgia, and helping our customers express their own unique style. As our brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in-house. This role is ideal for someone who loves graphic design just as much as they love bringing a brand to life online. From creating beautiful marketing emails to managing our retail and wholesale online presence and helping launch new collections, you’ll play an important role in how customers experience Freshwater every day. Location: Augusta, GA, In‑person Schedule: Full‑Time (M‑F, 8:30am - 5pm) Pay: Hourly rate based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

MARKETING & CREATIVE

• Design and build retail marketing emails in Klaviyo
• Create graphics for our website, social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns
• Design catalogs, postcards, signage, and printed marketing materials
