Job description

Art of Tea is a premium tea company built on a simple belief: tea changes how you feel. For two decades, we have created extraordinary tea experiences for customers, luxury hotels, restaurants, and partners around the world. Our next chapter is to make Art of Tea far more discoverable and build a disciplined path to drive revenue while protecting the quality, craft, and hospitality that make the brand special.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Brand and Growth Strategy Lead to help architect and lead that next chapter. This person will work in close partnership with our Director of Growth Marketing and existing team, turning brand strategy, paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle, creative, content, e-commerce, partnerships, and demand planning into one accountable growth system.

The right leader combines high-level brand judgment with an operator’s bias for action. You can set a growth thesis and budget, get inside Meta and Google, a landing page, the lifecycle calendar, Search Console, or a crawl report, write a sharp creative brief, guide specialists, and turn performance data into the next round of tests. You stay close enough to execution to know why results moved.

What You Will Own
  • Integrated growth strategy. Build and run the priorities, budget, forecast, scorecard, and multi-year roadmap across Shopify/DTC, Amazon, and B2B hospitality; connect demand plans to merchandising and inventory.
  • Brand discovery. Help new audiences find Art of Tea wherever they scroll, search, shop, travel, dine, and pursue wellness through organic social, creators, PR, partnerships, experiential, paid media, and founder thought leadership.
  • Search and AI discovery. Own SEO and generative engine optimization from strategy through implementation, including technical priorities, site architecture, topic authority, on-page content, structured data, internal linking, digital PR, and visibility in AI answers. Turn findings into briefs and development tickets, work hands-on with Search Console, GA4, crawl and visibility tools, and QA what ships.
  • Positioning and storytelling. Sharpen our point of view and translate it into campaigns, launches, content franchises, offers, and customer experiences that are culturally relevant and unmistakably premium.
  • DTC growth and retention. Lead Meta and Google strategy, channel economics, landing-page and offer testing, and the connection between acquisition, email/SMS, loyalty, subscription, and repeat purchase. Scale spend when contribution economics support it.
  • Creative and content engine. Build a high-output system that turns customer insight, brand assets, founder stories, creator content, and product proof into testable concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists, edits, and campaign narratives. Establish a consistent testing cadence and extend winning ideas across paid, organic, web, and lifecycle.
  • Channel and partnership leverage. Turn our hospitality relationships, product expertise, retail credibility, and collaborations into consumer-facing stories, sales tools, and B2B demand.
  • Team capability. Create alignment across the internal team, agencies, freelancers, and creators; strengthen capabilities, clarify ownership, and step into accounts, briefs, dashboards, and workflows when needed to remove bottlenecks.
  • Measurement and AI-enabled scale. Run a weekly cross-channel learning loop. Use customer research, business data, and AI to speed concepting, variant creation, personalization, asset reuse, and reporting without compromising product truth or brand quality.
What Success Looks LikeWhat We Are Looking For
  • Proven scale. 5+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally with a premium consumer, CPG, wellness, food and beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brand, including experience growing an eight-figure business or business line.
  • Brand and performance range. A track record of building long-term brand value while owning a DTC P&L or meaningful growth budget and improving profitable acquisition, retention, and marketing efficiency.
  • Modern channel fluency. Hands-on fluency across Meta and Google, creative testing, landing pages, e-commerce, email/SMS, organic and creator growth, and performance measurement; Amazon or B2B demand generation experience is a plus.
  • Search depth. Proven ability to lead SEO and generative engine optimization through implementation, not simply manage an agency. You can diagnose technical, content, and authority gaps, prioritize the roadmap, and hold internal and external owners accountable.
  • Leadership. Evidence that you can align talented people, develop capabilities, direct specialist partners, and create accountability without creating bureaucracy.
  • Judgment and ownership. Strong creative taste, financial and analytical fluency, clear communication, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial operating style.
  • South Florida presence. Based in South Florida and available for regular in-person strategy sessions, team meetings, and content production across Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.
