Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or digital media.
• Familiarity with e-commerce/Shopify, email marketing/Mailchimp, social media, and content creation; eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on learner who can think strategically while executing day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce and website presence to drive online sales and engagement.
• Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, automations, and customer journeys.
• Manage social media calendars, content, photography, video, and copy.
• Develop founder-led content showing workshops, events, and daily operations.
• Maintain brand messaging and visual identity across channels; report on KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, acquisition, and retention.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and content creation.
