Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support promotions and events at client locations. You will assist the Marketing Department with planning, coordination of materials, and execution of campaigns to help drive customer engagement and retention.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with a high school diploma or GED, plus customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; familiarity with Salesforce or Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred; marketing experience helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce/Adobe Acrobat a plus.

Responsibilities

• Notifies winners via e-mail and phone and coordinates prize awards.
• Assist with planning and preparation of promotions and advertising materials.
• Documents patron participation including names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• Assists with the set up and display of advertising items.
• Assists as needed at special events.
• Works closely with the PSG team to drive results and assist in many key areas: ordering and tracking of promotional items, submission and payment of invoices, inputting of data into support programs, and the tracking and filing of agreements & contracts.
• Works closely with Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and VP of Marketing to support Account Managers and Sales personnel with their marketing and promotional needs in the field.
• Light clerical work to include but not limited to; envelope stuffing, filing, faxing, and copying.
• Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis.
