Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, registrations, and on-site support.
• Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, email campaigns, and event communications.
• Manage event calendars, registration lists, and attendee tracking.
• Support social media, website updates, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Track marketing and event metrics and prepare summary reports.
• Maintain marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded assets.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
