Greystar is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead end-to-end marketing events for our student housing communities. You will develop project plans, manage vendors, create agendas, invite speakers, and promote events to maximize attendance and occupancy.

You will coordinate marketing and renewal strategies, attract new residents, and support resident satisfaction across the housing cycle. Proficiency in Adobe CC, Canva, MS Office, and CRM systems is required, with 2+ years in marketing

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, MS Office, and CRM systems.
• Experience in event planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Graphic Design or 2+ years in marketing or event management.

Responsabilités

• Drive marketing and promotional activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects and conduct community tours.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Coordinate events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Support resident recruitment and renewal efforts to enhance occupancy and revenue.
