Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Graphic Design or related field, or 2+ years of marketing or event management experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, social media, email marketing, analytics, and ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end marketing and promotional activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and promote events and programs.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and engagement.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, event agendas, invites, and speaker scheduling.
• Track unit availability, leasing activities, and resident data using property management software.
• Support renewal campaigns and resident satisfaction throughout the housing cycle.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/PR/Graphic Design or related field
