Job summary

Arkema/Bostik seeks a seasoned marketing executive to lead the Marketing organization and New Product Development for Construction & Consumer North America. You will shape category strategy, portfolio management, and market activation across multiple sites, while building a strong team and delivering growth.

You will drive the NPD pipeline, margin management, and VOC initiatives, partnering with global teams and sales to meet BU objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with broad operational knowledge.
• Proven leadership of marketing, NPD and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong project management and CAPEX awareness for budgets.
• Experience driving strategic plans and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns the category & portfolio strategy for C&C North America to drive profitable growth.
• Leads marketing operations, including budget, pricing, and NPD planning.
• Manages marcom, events, and trade shows to support BU goals.
• Partner with Sales and R&D to develop go-to-market plans and VOC initiatives.
• Develops and executes strategic commercial activation plans with cross-functional teams.
