Job summary

Arkema/Bostik is seeking a senior marketing leader to oversee the Marketing organization and New Product Development for the C&C North America business. You will manage category, portfolio, and brand strategy, including new product development, margin, and mix management to drive growth.

You will lead trade activation, pricing, and promotions, and drive market intelligence, VOC initiatives, and customer engagement across five production sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with broad operational knowledge.
• Minimum 10 years in marketing of new products, services or offerings.
• Strong PM skills with stage-gate processes and CAPEX project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing organization and NPD for C&C NAM.
• Manage category, portfolio, and brand strategy including pricing and promotions.
• Oversee marcom, events, PR, and digital activation to drive demand.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets; achieve sales and EBITDA targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, supply chain and sales across sites.
