Qualifications

• 15+ years in industry leadership with marketing focus.
• 10+ years in marketing new product offerings and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing & NPD for C&C NAM with annual business plan ownership.
• Oversee portfolio health, SKU rationalization and NPD pipeline management.
• Drive pricing, positioning, selling tools and promotions to grow market share.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure alignment with BU financial goals.
• Coordinate with Sales to develop robust commercial activation plans and VOC initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, and field sales.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, claims, certifications, and packaging.
