Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Pressure Sensitive Adhesives space through strategic relationship building and market insight. You will identify unmet needs, drive opportunities from lead generation through product development, and collaborate with the Market Segment Team to advance projects.

The role requires a strong background in chemistry or engineering, business development experience in chemicals, and a willingness to travel up to half the time to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business or related field.
• Experience in business development in the chemicals industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnights, to support customers and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and industry partners, identifying unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Pipeline opportunities through a full business development lifecycle from market assessment to commercialization.
• Partner closely with the Pressure Sensitive Adhesives Market Segment Team to shape and execute growth strategies and advance qualified projects.
