Arkema seeks a senior marketing leader to direct the Marketing and New Product Development for the Construction & Consumer North America segment. You will drive the annual business plans, manage portfolio and brand strategy, oversee campaigns, events, and PR, and lead a nine-person team across category management, marketing, and NPD.

The role requires deep experience in marketing, product launches, and cross-functional leadership within a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with broad operational knowledge and proven leadership skills.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in new product offerings, innovations and services for customers and commercial teams.
• Strong project management with experience managing stage gates and CAPEX projects to budgeted targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing and NPD initiatives for the C&C North America unit.
• Manage portfolio strategy, pricing, promotions, and demand creation in a matrixed organization.
• Oversee marketing budget, brand guidelines, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
