Job summary

Arkema Inc. in the United States is seeking a Director of Marketing for C&C North America, located in Wauwatosa, WI or Radnor, PA.

You will lead the Marketing organization and NPD for C&C NAM, driving annual business plans, category/portfolio management, and trade activation to grow market share. Reporting to the Business Director, you’ll manage a nine‑person team, partner with global marketing, and steer branding, VOC, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years industry experience and proven leadership.
• Minimum 10 years in marketing new product offerings and services.
• Strong project management with CAPEX budgeting and supplier negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Owns category and portfolio strategy for C&C NAM to drive profitable growth.
• Lead day-to-day marketing operations to support BU financial goals (margin/mix, NPD).
• Manage marketing budget to deliver in-year BU financials.
• Oversee portfolio health and lead NPD/innovation with market share targets.
• Achieve sales and EBITDA targets; implement new actions as needed.
• Recommend pricing actions based on market intelligence and MVC objectives.
• Own stage gate, launches, pricing, positioning, tools and analyses.
• Execute Marcom: branding, PR, events, trade shows, POS, digital.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies using market trends.
• Lead VOC initiatives and strategic plans to improve performance.
• Manage lead-gen with Sales and use Salesforce tools.
• Collaborate with Sales for robust activation plans and calendars.
• Ensure brand compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in customer opportunities to meet BU objectives.
• Mentor and manage Marketing team; align with BU priorities.
• Support New Business Development with launch plans and reviews.
• Propose and execute CAPEX projects leveraging Stage Gate.
• Build strong customer relationships and assess product viability.
• Monitor NPD financials and coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain.
• Develop marketing communications plans and trade show activity.
