Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience in financial services.
• Collaborative, member-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Marketing Team and coach staff to department excellence.
• Develop strategy to build brand visibility, recognition, and adoption.
• Direct marketing and sales planning, including budgets, pricing and distribution.
• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, and Training to align communications.
