My Community Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead MCCU's marketing strategy, branding, and communications. You will collaborate across departments to drive growth, enhance member engagement, and ensure campaigns align with our mission.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of marketing experience, strong communication, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, events, vendor relationships, and analyzing performance to inform strategy.

Competenze

• Five to seven years of progressive marketing experience.
• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, website content and traditional channels.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct, and coordinate MCCU's marketing efforts.
• Oversee advertising campaigns, brand management, community involvement initiatives, media relations, and promotions.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate events.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analysis.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the marketing team.
