We are a fast-growing electrical transformer company with a national footprint and a bold vision: to disrupt a traditional industry through speed, service, and smart positioning. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a strategic, resourceful, and data-driven Marketing Director who can help us double sales within the next year and establish our brand as a go-to leader in the transformer space for service, rentals, and sales.

This role requires a strong strategic thinker who is hands‑on, creative, and comfortable operating with a lean budget and team. You will partner closely with sales leadership, leverage trusted third‑party vendors, and build a scalable marketing engine that fuels rapid growth in a highly technical, B2B industrial market.

Preferred: Experience with transformers, electrical products, power systems, or industrial engineering technologies; familiarity with utilities, EPCs, industrial buyers, or commercial development industries; experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools; background in branding, product positioning, or technical messaging.
