Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on demand generation, pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This hands-on leadership role oversees integrated campaigns, lead management, analytics, CRM processes, external partners, and the marketing budget with a small team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in demand generation, growth marketing or B2B.
  • Budget management and measuring results through leads, pipeline, revenue.
  • Campaigns from strategy to execution, measurement and optimization.
  • Partnership with Sales and leading internal teams, agencies or vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, segmentation, CRM, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with digital analytics, paid media, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
  • Build and manage demand generation strategies across customer segments and sales channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales to establish lead qualification, assignment, tracking, and follow-up processes.
  • Lead digital and multichannel marketing campaigns, content, events, trade shows, and sales support initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a team of 2, establishing goals, priorities, productivity standards, and performance metrics.
  • Establish targets for leads and opportunities and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and ROI.
  • Ensure leads are properly assigned, tracked, updated, and moved through the appropriate stages of the sales funnel.
  • Serve as a key connection point between Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, leadership, and Lead Development.
  • Monitor marketing performance and convert marketing activity into qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce as a central CRM and sales funnel management system.
  • Create dashboards and reports tracking marketing investment, leads, opportunities, conversion rates, pipeline, sales, and ROI.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
  • Oversee the annual marketing budget and make data-driven investment decisions.
  • Travel periodicl within the U.S. to visit clients and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing campaigns from strategy and development through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and leading internal teams, agencies, or vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, segmentation, marketing automation, CRM, and conversion analytics.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with digital analytics, paid media, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and operate in a results-driven environment.
