Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape the marketing function, manage budgets, teams, and agency partners, and drive strategic programs across utilities, data centers, and manufacturing sectors in North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading marketing teams within manufacturing or B2B industrial markets.
• Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead branding to strengthen market position across North America.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership on campaigns.
• Manage corporate marketing communications: messaging, website, digital, PR.
• Lead product marketing launches, collateral, and customer-facing materials.
• Oversee trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Set and monitor marketing KPIs and ROI.
