We are looking for a Marketing Director who will take full ownership of our marketing strategy, drive lead generation, and position RCB Roofing as the top choice for homeowners. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can lead with both vision and influence, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Generation: Drive 200+ qualified roofing leads per month through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Digital Strategy: Oversee SEO, PPC, paid social media ads, and online ad spend to maximize ROI.
• Content & Branding: Manage RCB Roofing’s website, social media presence, and production of marketing assets to elevate brand awareness.
• Traditional Advertising: Oversee traditional media and print advertising budgets as part of a well-rounded marketing approach.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with an external marketing agency and other partners.
• Budgeting & Analytics: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and optimize spend.
• Leadership & Growth: While this role initially has no direct reports, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a marketing team as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: Prior marketing experience is required, preferably in home services, roofing, or construction.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM and marketing software (e.g., Salesforce, JobNimbus, HubSpot, Google Ads, Canva, Basecamp, Monday.com, Trello...et.al.).

Strategic & Competitive Mindset: You know what it takes to win and will execute with urgency.

Leadership & Influence: You can communicate ownership’s vision, get the team to buy in, and delegate effectively.

Education: A four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).

Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing to roofing customers is ideal but not required; experience in home-service repair industries is a plus.

In-Person Presence: This is an on-site role based in Smyrna, GA.
