JOB OVERVIEW:
Peachtree Group, Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead and enhance sales strategies within our portfolio. This leadership role involves strategic oversight of property-based Directors of Sales (DOS) and their performance to drive revenue growth and maximize the potential of the assigned portfolio of hotels. The RDS plays a critical role in mentoring and collaborating with all sales leaders in partnership with the General Manager’s to achieve exceptional results.
This is a remote position requiring up to 75% travel. Candidates must reside near a major airport to ensure optimal engagement and accessibility to the properties within the region.
As a Regional Director, of Sales you will be instrumental in shaping the sales approach for a diverse portfolio of brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Choice, and Wyndham. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Regional Team members—including sales, revenue, operations, marketing, and digital—to craft and execute innovative strategies that align with market dynamics. Your efforts will drive revenue across multiple streams, including corporate transient, group, extended stay, banquets and catering.

This role involves corporate reporting responsibilities and may require direct interaction with executive leadership and other Peachtree Group stakeholders. It is crucial that the Regional Director of Sales resides in a central location near a major hub airport to facilitate regional travel.
